The brief was simple: a house that disappears into its surroundings while delivering every modern comfort at the highest level. The result is a five-bedroom residence finished in board-formed concrete, weathered steel, and floor-to-ceiling glass, set around a central courtyard that anchors the entire plan.

The main living and dining space opens on three sides through automated glazing, effectively removing the walls on warm evenings and connecting seamlessly to the pool terrace and canyon views beyond. The kitchen is equipped with a full Sub-Zero and Wolf suite, a Calacatta Viola marble island, and a climate-controlled wine room visible through a frameless glass wall. The primary suite occupies the entire upper level – a private floor with a wraparound terrace, a dressing room the size of a standard bedroom, and a spa bathroom with an outdoor shower opening to a secluded sky garden. Four additional guest bedrooms are positioned on the ground floor, each with ensuite bathrooms and direct garden access. A detached structure houses a home cinema, a gym, and a recording-quality sound studio.
